Economy (Royal Mail /Courier 2-5 working days) for orders under £20 - £2.45,

Orders over £20 free delivery (ONLY GREAT BRITAIN).

This is an untracked service and we cannot provide tracking numbers for orders shipped via this service. F

Tracked courier (1-4 working days) for orders under £20 - £3.94,

Orders over £20 - - £2.00 The tracking number will be sent to you along with the shipping notification via email once your order is complete.

Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 working days) (not tracked)- (orders under £20) £3.95 (orders over £20) £1.95

Royal Mail Special is only delivered Monday to Friday (except public holidays), so orders placed on Friday may not be delivered until Tuesday.

1st Class Signed Post (1-2 working days) for orders under £20 - £4.95 Orders over £20 £3.95 (UK ONLY) Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, although during busy periods it may take up to a day for your order to ship. Post Royal Mail 1st Class is not a guaranteed next day service, although most orders arrive the next day or within a few days. However, please allow 10 working days for delivery (this is a deadline imposed by Royal Mail, not by us). Please note that these orders can be sent to all UK postcodes (including Northern Ireland). This is an untracked service and we cannot provide tracking numbers for orders sent by this service. For large, heavy or valuable orders, we reserve the right to change delivery to the tracking service. Note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery. While we ensure fast shipping of our orders, courier services may be beyond our control.

Returns

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Recived damadged products are eligible for a full refund and I&G Eco Products ltd covers postal costs (ii) The buyer covers postal costs if products are disliked or diswanted
